Shipping policy

1. Place an order

To place an order, you need some data such as the shipping address. You can also register so your data will be saved. After entering the data and any discount code, by clicking on the "Go to payment" button you can check the email contact and address. In this section you will also see the shipping method and delivery times. By clicking again on "Go to payment" you can select the payment method. By clicking on "Pay Now" your order will be completed and you will receive a confirmation email. The invoice will be sent to you with the delivery of the order.

Once your order has been completed, it will no longer be possible to change it, so we recommend that you carefully review the items you are purchasing before proceeding with payment. If you wish to cancel your order or part of it, write to info@d-signlab.it. Remember that the cancellation cannot be made if the order has already been shipped: in this case you will have to activate the return procedure.

 

2. Payment methods

You can currently pay for your order with PayPal.

 

3. Shipping

D’SIGN ships throughout Europe. Shipments to Italy are free, while for foreign orders the shipping costs depend on the type of product ordered and range from € 30 to € 60.

The shipping times of an order depend on the type and availability of the chosen item, usually from 4 to 10 working days. At the checkout stage of the order you will find an estimate of delivery times. Some products may be put into production specifically for your order which is why delivery times will be longer.

 

4. Delivery

We recommend that you check your order upon delivery. Verify that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the delivery note, check the integrity of the packaging and contents. We remind you that you have 14 days to notify us of any discrepancies and start the return or replacement procedure.
