1 How can I contact you for product assistance?
If you have any doubts or need assistance with the products purchased, contact our Customer Service by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you want a telephone contact, specify it in the email by entering your contacts: we will call you back as soon as possible. "
2 How can I make a return or exchange and in what times?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can decide to return one or more items. If you have changed your mind about an item or intend to replace it with a different one (if available in stock), the return will be at your expense and you will have to proceed with a new order.
Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure, customized or which, due to their structure, cannot be returned, risk deteriorating rapidly or can be damaged. In the event that the product on sale falls into one of the cases referred to in art. 59 described above, the Site will report this indication with the phrase "Right of withdrawal not applicable" in the product sheet. Customers are invited to always check the presence of this wording.
The items you intend to return must be in original condition, properly wrapped and packaged. For shipping, use the same packaging in which you received your order. If this is not possible, use an equally secure protective box. In the event of a non-conforming or defective product, you can replace it with the same item, if available in stock, or request a refund. Contact our Customer Support service by writing to email@example.com within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. We will arrange the collection with our courier and provide you with all the information. In this case, D’SIGN will refund the cost of the item and will pay the shipping costs. Both in the case of a voluntary return or a return due to a defect or discrepancy, remember to include a copy of the transport document in the package, which will be sent to you by email from our Customer Service and in which you will have to highlight the returned products and the reason for the made."
3 How is the refund made?
The return of one or more products involves a full refund of the cost of the item / s, excluding shipping costs to our warehouse. Only in the case of a defective or non-compliant product, D’SIGN will bear all shipping costs. The refund will be made by crediting based on the payment method you used during the purchase. We will refund once confirmed the arrival of the package at our warehouse.
